5.Electronic Contracting
Under Ghana's Electronic Transactions Act, 2008 (Act 772), an electronic record or electronic communication, including a form submission, an email confirmation or an electronic proof of payment, is not denied legal effect solely because it is in electronic form. By submitting a form or corresponding with us by email or WhatsApp, you agree that such electronic communications satisfy any requirement that an agreement, notice or record be in writing.
6.Training Registration, Fees & Payment
Registration for the Power BI for ESG & HSE programme (or any other training programme advertised on this site) is confirmed only once we have received your registration details and valid proof of payment of the stated programme fee. Programme dates, fees and seat availability shown on this site are correct at the time of publishing but may change; we will notify registered participants of any material change. Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices are quoted in Ghana Cedis (GH₵).
After payment, participants must send proof of payment and their full name to info@omabertlimited.com. The joining link and further instructions are issued within 24 hours of confirmed payment.
Where applicable, reusable templates or a prompt library provided as part of a training programme are for the registered participant's own personal and professional use only, and are not to be resold, redistributed or published as a standalone product.
7.Cancellations & Refunds
If you need to cancel or reschedule your registration, contact us as early as possible at info@omabertlimited.com or +233 55 975 1695. Refund and transfer eligibility depends on how far in advance notice is given and is assessed on a case-by-case basis; where a refund is agreed, we aim to process it within 14 business days to the original payment channel used. Omabert Limited reserves the right to postpone, reschedule or cancel a cohort due to insufficient enrolment or circumstances beyond our control; in that event, registered participants will be offered a transfer to the next available cohort or a full refund of fees paid for that programme.
8.Certificates & Verification
Certificates of completion are issued to participants who satisfy the attendance and completion requirements of a given programme. Each certificate carries a unique verification code that can be checked at omabertlimited.com/verify.html. Certificates remain the property of Omabert Limited and may be revoked where we reasonably determine that a certificate was obtained through misrepresentation, fraud or a breach of these Terms; we will notify the affected participant where practicable.
9.Products & Statutory Rights
PPE, fire extinguishers, alarm systems and related equipment supplied by Omabert Limited are certified to the international or industry standards stated in their product descriptions (for example EN 397, EN ISO 20345, EN ISO 20471 or ANSI/ISEA 107, where applicable). Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits the implied conditions and warranties as to title, description, merchantable quality and fitness for purpose that apply to the sale of goods under Ghana's Sale of Goods Act, 1962 (Act 137).
Subject to those statutory rights, proper selection, fit, use, storage, inspection and ongoing maintenance of equipment after delivery is the responsibility of the purchaser and end user, and Omabert Limited is not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from misuse, improper storage, expiry of service life, or failure to follow manufacturer or regulatory guidance after handover.

12.Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Omabert Limited, its directors, employees and agents harmless from any claim, loss, liability or expense (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of equipment supplied by us after delivery, or your violation of any law or third-party right in connection with your use of our website or services.
13.Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Omabert Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss (including loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity or data) arising from your use of this website or our services. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you in respect of any single claim arising from a paid service or product is limited to the amount you paid to us for that specific service or product. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
14.Force Majeure
Omabert Limited will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform an obligation under these Terms where that delay or failure results from causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disaster, fire, power or internet outage, government action, civil unrest, or supply chain disruption affecting PPE or fire safety equipment. We will notify affected clients or participants and take reasonable steps to resume performance once the event has passed.
15.Third-Party Links & Channels

16.Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms; where a change materially affects an active registration or order, we will notify you directly.
17.Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. If a dispute arises out of these Terms or your use of our services, we encourage you to first contact us directly using the details in Section 19 so that we can attempt to resolve the matter informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to attempt settlement through mediation or arbitration under Ghana's Alternative Dispute Resolution Act, 2010 (Act 798) before resorting to litigation, except where either party seeks urgent injunctive relief. Subject to the foregoing, the courts of Ghana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that is not resolved through that process.
18.General Provisions
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any signed quote, invoice or service agreement applicable to a specific order, constitute the entire agreement between you and Omabert Limited in relation to that subject matter, and supersede any prior understanding on the same subject.
No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
